Transformation Project at Ziraat Bank

Ziraat Bank is a traditional bank founded in 1863. The bank has over than 25 thousand employees and 1,766 branches.

At the bank I involved in Transformation Project. The Transformation Project scope was to transform the desktop application used by bank's employeers to realize banking transactions into web application.

The project included coding, and also getting better user experience to users. I took part in the project as end to end user experience designer and worked with developers in agile envoirement. With the application I designed, the bank employees are able to perform transactions faster and easier by user centered interfaces.

Users are at the center of everything

Creating Flows and wireframes
+ I designed user experience workflows and created wireframes

+ I used several usability techniques to make sure the interfaces were designed human-centered.
+ I evaluated the test results and after arrangements, I finalized the designs
