HalkBank, established 1938, is traditional bank and has been providing banking services to customers with 21 thousand employees and approximately 1,000 branches across the country.
Technological Transformation Project involves redesigning and re-coding the application that is used by the bank branch employees to realize banking transactions for customers.
I have collaborated with IBM Turkey Team to success the "Technological Transformation Project" of the bank. As a UX Team, we
+ Visited bank branches, interviewed with the users and understood the pain points in their environment
+ worked with stakeholders and understood the expectation about the project
+ created personas and dashboards considering users' major responsibilities and daily routines
+ discussed the best design solution with the UX team
